I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by an onsite interview where I met separately with three people. All three interviewers were relatively unfriendly, but I think that's related the move-fast culture that doesn't have time for pleasantries. The recruiter and interviewers assured me that they would follow up within a day, but I didn't hear back until over a week later.
