Colloquio
I got an interview call from Samsara and we setup TPS on Friday. The guy called a few mins late. He asked me about myself and one of the projects that I would like to share from my past experience. After that we jumped right into coding questions. He made the problem sound like something they deal with everyday at Samsara but it was super easy and I highly doubt that's something they would be solving for a company growing this fast. I was able to answer all of his questions and we had 10 mins to spare and we ended the interview.
Seems like it was a training interview for the interviewer, they had no intention to interview/hire me for the position. It was a joke. I am actively looking for a new job and I was betting on this company. I am so disappointed. I highly discourage people from applying at Samsara. Interview and the whole process is a joke to them. Very negative experience.
First a HR call - goes into project details, what you're looking for, etc
Got connected to a Hiring Manager for a project deep dive + TPS round within the hour. TPS question not too difficult - not leetcode.

Colloquio
live coding session, create a md to html translator. It was all live with unique requirements making it more difficult than I expected using regex. The interviewer was not personable and it was a very uncomfortable experience
I made it to the technical screen and didn't proceed further. Recruiter call was the usual experience dive, comp discussion, and why you are looking for a job. The technical screen was a string parsing question.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Technical: String parsing. Be comfortable with regex
