Samsara reached out within 2 weeks of my initial application to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. From that point on, the process could not have been easier! The recruiter gave an overview of what the four rounds of interviews would look like on an initial call, and scheduled my next interview while we were on the phone! The interview process followed the overview the recruiter gave me, and after each round, I had feedback and details on the next steps within 48 hours. It was the most efficient interview process I have ever been a part of, and made me more impressed with the company as a whole!

Quick - straight forward - clear expectations - super supportive recruiters! I was shocked at how quickly things moved and how easy it was to communicate with the recruiter (texting for quick responses vs email.)

If you started in the role tomorrow what would you do?
I had a phone interview with the recruiter. The conversation started off fine, but then at one point, she probably determined I wasn't a fit and then became short. Companies need to realize that you are also interviewing them as well and I get it sometimes you are not a fit (or they don't think you are based on a two-minute conversation), but you are also taking time out of your schedule so please have some courtesy and respect for people.
