I was referred by a friend and ex-coworker so the recruitment team sent a link requesting for some personal information and my availability for the next weeks. I was contacted by the manager on the time scheduled and it was like a simple phone call where he told me a bit about the company and the role, asked me a little about my experience and if I had questions. Later on the day or next day I was requested to give more availability for the next days because 4 more interviews with the rest of the team were needed. Each took 30 min and I shared my experience with them and also they shared theirs. After that I was contacted by the recruiting team to explain me some details of the position and if ill be still willing to take the job if I were selected. I can recall exactly if the same day or next day I was contacted by the manager to make the official proposal.

The interview process was pretty fast, most of my interview where done within the same week and also the job offer. Almost everyone recognized me from my last application about 3 months ago and I received all information needed and some feedback to prepare my self for every interview.
