I can honestly say, one of the best interview processes I've been through. I got in through a referral and right away a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a meeting. She was very helpful and friendly through the process. The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First was the recruiter screen, then came a 30-minute interview + cold call role play with a ADR manager, and final round was 2, separate 30-minute back-to-back interviews, 1st with an ADR Director and 2nd with another ADR manager. Whole process took a little over a week, and scheduling, responses, details were laid out clear as day for you.

Throughout the interview process, HR, mgmt, and recruiters were incredibly helpful and very responsive (more so than any other company I have interviewed for). The interview process was a phone screen, then a behavioral interview, then a panel that included several small interviews and mock calls. It wasn't extremely challenging, but management wants to make sure you know your stuff and can think on your feet. Everyone was very professional and kind, which makes me excited to join the team.
