HR said to expect 2-3 weeks for a decision but my rejection email came in about 11 business hours, so I guess I was just really not who they were looking for

The interview was very long close to 2 hours meeting 4 individuals. However, the overall process was smooth as no hard questions were asked. Interviewers were from different offices and asked questions about subject related areas.
