Firstly a presentation where all the selected candidates were joining a online meeting saying that they actually were hiring more positions than the posted one. The second day a separate online interview by the manager without HR. Normal questions on past experience. I didn’t go further with a second tech interview. I was told in this case, they valued personality and thought I didn’t match their team.

do an online test provided by external service , you can get the results directly. then talk to the managers and HR. Talk more about yourself and they will ask you many questions.
