The interview process consisted of three stages. The first stage was with the HR representative, and it was a pleasant and straightforward conversation. The second stage was a Zoom interview with managers based in Colorado, which lasted about an hour. They were very friendly, and the discussion focused more on my experience and previous work. Two weeks later, I was invited to the third stage — an on-site interview at the company’s headquarters. It lasted about three hours and included meetings with managers and team members. They showed me the work environment and shared important information about the company. At that time, they were in a transition phase, moving into a new location, which explained some delays. Three weeks after my final interview, I received and accepted a job offer.
