Initial screening followed by an interview with COO and then final round by CEO. Inspite of initial screening, rejection is done on the basis of sincerity for the role. CEO judge you based on your current profile and doesn't believe in your potential for the new role. Along with this, there is no feedback discussion even when I have asked for it. I think a very unprofessional experience.
