First a group interview with engineers, then a manager and finally the director. The director was the toughest interview I ever had - he wouldn't make eye contact. Ultimately, I ended up reporting to him and he was completely different from day one. He turned out to be the best manager I ever had. I almost turned down the offer because of his interviewing style, but am glad I accepted.
