The interview was excellent and every employee greeted me with a smile. The questions were a mixture of small talk, behavioral interview questions and technical questions. Throughout the day I spent with them they were happy to answer every question I had and genuinely strived to give me an idea of what a process engineer does. Though I was not a good fit for the position I walked away with a better understanding of the role and they were happy to provide feedback on my interview

Step 3
On-site interview with hiring manager, HR, colleague, and Shop floor personnel: scripted worksheet with questions about any thing
Very formal interview, suit and tie, and it took 4 hours to complete
