I got an interview and my school let me know the date/time/location. The hiring manager in HR was very nice and asked me a few questions about my resume and cover letter. They asked me a few behavioural questions including my ability to work in a team environment. The people in this environment are very nice and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns your colleagues will help you out. Overall I enjoy the environment because the people here are very nice.

Rigorous process starting with HR interview. Several levels of interviews after that. Always professional and well prepared with good questions. Large gaps between interviews without a lot of communication. Always by video conference. Included a written test that was a bit unrealistic and the instructions could have been a bit more clear.
