Applied online and invited to complete online assessment which was fairly straight forward. This was quick process where I got a phone call to say I had progressed and had a telephone interview the next day, competency based.

Why Scottish Power, working in a team, changing approach
Video interview process after submitting the application back in 2022. I had to answer series of questions and record it. I had to then go for an assessment centre which was done with a group.

Completed the Hirevue interview where general interview questions were asked as well as an online assessment. The online assessment was similar to other assessments from other companies and was nothing special.
