First of all, I was phone screened by three group of people who eventually I did not even work with. Then the onsite interview. During the interview, they seemed eager to bring me on board which later I figured out that this position has a high turnaround rate.

Supervisor and headquarters, as well as other offices are not local to me, so was all phone interviewing. Got right to the point, HR very organized amd helpful, as well as friendly. Process was what ot should be - necessary, but expedient and straight to the point.
