I was contacted by talent acquisition and had a phone screen interview later that week followed by a Teams interview with the two hiring managers the following week. It went for about 70 minutes and I went into it well-prepared with a lot of questions which probably led to it going over the estimated 30 minutes. I also did a lot of research about the company beforehand and had some notes with me about things that stood out that I appreciated about the company. Both managers were open and transparent about the position and expectations and asked a lot of the typical behavior questions at the end of the interview. Nothing was out of the ordinary and overall it was a great experience and they were easy to talk to and relatable. I was offered the position two business days after my interview.
