The recruitment team reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I’ve agreed to participate in the interview process. However, in the end I’ve found the process to be quite immature, and overall I’ve had a poor experience with it. They’re a few reasons for this: a) multiple last minute cancellations/ reschedules from different interviewers or sometimes from the same interviewer; b) invites being shared for the wrong timing resulting in missed interviews; c) not much clarity on the role itself - the company changed the role specification during the process; d) my final interview was with a very senior leader from HR team - and I was promised they would get to me with the decision quickly…well I’ve had to wait >1 month to hear the decision, and had to follow up from my side too with the recruitment team; e) and finally having gone through multiple rounds of interviews, the final one being with a senior leader for a senior position - I was expecting to hear a bit more in-depth feedback than ‘…you were not selected.’ Being a hiring manager myself multiple times, I always make sure to get back with feedback to at least those candidates who reached the final stage.
Overall, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism throughout the process.
