Different and easy. I enjoyed the digital approach to the interview process. I was able to do it from my home and without confusion. They seem to have the process down packed.

Laid back I interviewed with HR and then the department manager. They asked a lot of situational questions. Typical three weakness and three strength questions. They gave me a tour of the area and I heard from them the following week with a job offer.
