Easy. Worked with a recruiter over the course of a couple of weeks. Completed a phone interview. Later I received a phone call from the hiring manager. The recruiter walked me through the entire process and was very pleasant.
There was an initial call with a recruiter to gather information on both ends followed by in person interview with the team manager to gain more detailed information about day to day responsibilities along with a partial shadow day with a staff physical therapist
