Went to the interview was given a tour of the floor was asked 5 normal interview questions was offered the job on the spot

The interview process was a brief phone call and once the interview was set, meeting with a group of charge nurses where they all ask you a few questions. They were mostly scenario questions like how would you react with angry patients and de-escalating a situation. They also asked how would you prioritize tasks during busier times or when urgent orders are placed.
