I have gone through 3 interviews for this position. I started with the company as a Temp, and interviewed for a Leasing Consultant Position. It always starts with a phone interview, then with the Community Manager, Marketing (phone), and then the Regional manager (In person). The Assistant Manager interview was the same flow, except that I did a phone interview with my Regional. The Community Manager interview was different. I did the normal phone interview with HR, and then an in person interview with the Regional and Senior VP. In all 3 interviews, I completed the interview and found out the results within 2 weeks.

The interview process for the role I just accepted was surprisingly smooth and enjoyable. It involved three interviews, and I was thrilled to get an offer the very next day after the last one. I really appreciated how quickly the team got back to me; it made the whole experience feel seamless. What truly set this process apart was the warmth and approachability of the interviewers. Instead of feeling like a formal interrogation, the interviews felt more like engaging conversations. Each interviewer was friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere, which made it easy to connect and share my thoughts. Overall, it was a refreshing experience that left me excited about joining the team!
