I was really excited about the role and thought I would be a great fit. I followed up and followed up and no one even responded after 2 interviews. I understand but to not even send a follow up rejection letter or anything is not very kind and not great hiring practices. If this is the communication I think overall it wouldn't be a good fit. Not a lot of diversity if you know what I mean.
