I initially put in an application for Smith but when the recruiter called me, they told me the position was for the ServerMonkey side. I had a screening with the recruiter and immediately had an interview with the Marketing Manager. IT felt pretty informal and took me about 15 minutes in total.

Applied online after which the recruiter reached out for a brief interview of about 10 minutes. We schedule an in person interview at the location of the job with the actual hiring manager. The questions were standard questions for an interview, plus they ask some in which they actually grade you right in front of you. These are about your experience with certain skills. They never called or emailed back even after a follow up email 2 weeks after interview.
