They made us took a tech exam then we had a short interview. The exam was easy as well as the interview. We had to submit our requirements and we were able to start working asap.

quick phone interview- just asked my basic computer/internet knowledge and about customer service skills and my schedule availability. i responded with quick answers and told him about my limited availability- i got a job offer during that interview
