ServiceNow came to Northwestern University career fair. I was given an on-campus interview the day after talking to a campus recruiter. The interview was short at 30 minutes, asking one coding question and we talked about my projects and my strengths. 3 weeks after the interview, I got an offer!

Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.

Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
