passing the tests takes you onto the assessment centre which consists of group work and a strength based interview. Nice and easy process. the reply time is around 2 weeks.
You start off with an 1 hour of a group task and then they ask you questions based on your result. then an 1-1 interview is followed up. focus on the company values.
