Human resources contacted me via email to set up a phone screening interview. It was about 20-30 minutes of basic questions including the generic "Tell me about yourself", "Why Sherwin Williams", "Where do you see yourself in the next five years". About a week later, I received an email from HR again about setting up an on-site interview. The on-site interview was suppose to be two-fold, starting with an interview with an HR rep but that was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. My hiring manager met up with me and escorted me to my panel interview with himself, his supervisor, and another manager. The panel interview lasted about an hour and they ensured a follow up within the next couple weeks. I interviewed September 29 and was called in mid-October with an offer.

Very laid back interviewing style. Spent 2 hours talking about job tasks and just the company in general. Very informative.
