Went in for an in-person after a phone interview. They didn't really ask any questions about my experience or skills, just talked about themselves and how they fit in with their team. Didn't really leave any time for me to ask questions just kind of said it was over. Told me they'd email me for next steps within a week, didn't hear back for three weeks. Asked for me to come in for another interview but I had accepted a position elsewhere.
