relativ einfache Behaviour-Fragen und wenig technisches Wissen (Accounting überwiegen). Angenehmes Gesprächsklima und Zu-/Absage direkt danach. Authentisches Auftreten sehr wichtig. Möglichkeiten für Rückfragen waren gegeben und das Gespräch dauerte insgesamt ca. 20-40 min
