The videos interview are three videos that you record on their website. Each video has a question that you answer in maximum of three or four minutes.

They sent me a link to do a video interview. No interaction with anyone during the interview. Just questions to answer to a web cam. No feedback like you would have during an interview with an actual person. Very soulless.
