Careful with this company! ABUSIVE interview process.
They basically send you an email with an exercise consisting on finding potential clients (10 or more) that could benefit from their services and find possible competitors too. They are clearly not looking to hire, only to get work done for free!!! Disgusting practice.

Proceso de selección seccionado en 4 partes, entrevista telefónica con RRHH, prueba de conocimiento de una duración aproximada de 3h, entrevista grupal para ver ambiente y compañeros y entrevista con CTO.

The interview process was quick and all the steps were very clear.
I liked the fact they analise your skills and potential as well, not only what it's written in your CV

I had 3 interviews and 1 roleplay. 1 with HR and the Sales Manager, which was run in a nice and profesional context.

Then I met the founders, CTO, CEO and CMO, who wanted to learn about your career, your willigness to work there and your skills.

At the end of all the process, there was something i liked a lot, you met the team and actually talk to them, so it's a great thing they want to see if you are also a fit with the rest of the workers.

Highly unprofessional. HR contacted me for a phone screening, I provided my availability and they never confirmed. On the day I proposed, they rescheduled for later on, and finally, they never called me. After following up, they rescheduled one more time, and ended up calling me 30 min late on the day. After the call, I never received any more information on whether or not I would continue with the process.

The interview was okay, they introduce me the company and offer me the position (I didn't apply) - Unfortunately I didn't have any feedback since then and this really gives a bad impression of the company.

Colloquio

The first phone calls with the recruiter and the HR team were very standard, we could check if the offer matched the interest of both parts, we talked about my background, technical stack, and ambitions, while they also explained me what Signaturit was, how they work, their tech stack...

The second phase was an interview with the CTO, where we could go deeper into technical stuff, their necessities and the job responsibilities. The same day I could meet the HR team in person and the CEO, with whom we could talk about the actual phase of the company and his projection.

The last phase was meeting the team, we could talk about their daily work, processes, necessities, and colloquial stuff. This gave me a clear image of the place where I was applying, helping me to take the decision to accept the offer.

The whole process helps the candidate to have a proper image of how the company works and what are their necessities to cover.
