First had a call with Director of University Relations after I was referred to her by a friend that works within the company. Next, had a call with the Manager of the ADP Program. Was then invited to an on-site interview from 8am-1pm. The in-person interview was a little intense given the amount of time dedicated to it, but was a positive and lovely experience overall. I spoke with 4 people that had a Manager/Director role within the bank. Had 45 minutes for a writing sample, had lunch with 2 current Associates in the program and then wrapped up with the Director of University Relations.
