The internal recruiter outlined the internal process very clearly from first interaction including amount of interviews, with who, and focus for each which was extremely helpful and thoughtful. There are 1-1 interviews, and an exercise/presentation you have to complete for a group panel.

Both HR & the hiring manager were very positive throughout the process, but it felt like they were unsure of what they wanted in the role and the job level. I appreciated that they were very transparent about salary and their no negotiation policy.
