Before I interviewed, I read the interview reviews here on Glassdoor and I can say that there is validity to the negative comments. I prefer not to go into details because it can sound rather disingenuous considering they passed on me, but I did manage to go through their multistep process and seemed to be a viable candidate until the end. What I will say is that since this role positioned me to bring in others that would be required to go through the same process, and as someone with experience running companies, departments, and teams, I would not feel comfortable bringing any of my potential team members through the Skillz hiring process.
