Applied online, got the response after 2 (!) weeks, was giving writing test, 4 questions with the info provided, just formulate the response to the customer. I have 3+ years of experience in providing user support in an application centered environment with great rating overall. And I'm confident with my writing, spelling and overall attitude. I had to provide the answer within 24 hours, and in 4 business days I've got "that's not what we are looking for". Ok, looks like the position does not really exist and, overall, the interview was really formal.
