The setting(s) were informal and comfortable. Unlike other firms, who tend to ask the well-trod, "tell me about how you did this and that" the interactions with Slalom were open, unstructured, yet touched on all the key areas that mattered. They made it easy and comfortable.

Discussed issues with adoption challenges for Salesforce clients, opened up a truly bi-directional dialogue of shared experiences, issues, challenges in the marketplace, and where we felt the new opportunities to solve real problems were.

Colloquio
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
