1st round with the recruiter to know more about skills and future goals.
2nd round with 2 data Engineer, mostly they wanted to know the project I have worked on and ended with sql performance tuning questions.
3rd round with Director - Most of the questions from my project and experience.
4th round with another Director- Multiple behavioral qs like how to react the situations.
Experience was good but its very lengthy process . After 2 months of lengthy process they rejected me.

Fue un proceso de tres etapas. La primera etapa fue con el reclutador, segunda etapa fue una entrevista tecnica. La tercera etapa es una entrevista tecnica y otra entevista como de comportamiento y soft skills.

En la ultima entrevista tecnica me hicieron diseñar un modelo de base datos de acuerdo a algunos requerimientos que me daba el entrevistador.
I interviewed with Slalom in 2025 for a consulting role, to be staff augmentation for a "large-client". The interviewer himself was pretty nice. The question that I got was valid palindrome. See my other interview questions for the other things asked.

Process started on June 2025, got 2 interviews, one with RRHH and a technical interview, after that they ghost me for 8 months and try to continue the process. "New" process were 2 interviews, one technical and one with the boss of that role. The changed completely the benefits, payscale and even the working shift.
