There was four stages, one with a presentation. The four stages went very well but the Recruiter never got back to me about whether I had got the job and I had to chase them up after weeks of not hearing anything. I received a generic email informing me I didn’t get the job after been in the final stage. It would have been nice to get some constructive feedback.

Process was pretty quick, has a call with the recruiter, video call with the hiring manager and then an on-site interview which included a presentation. I had spent a good amount of time on the presentation portion as it requires understanding of the SmartSheet software. After getting positive feedback from the presentation and interview overall, I did not get an offer. The recruiter also failed to respond to my e-mail asking for feedback had to follow up to get a response. Once I got a response, and asked for further feedback the reason I did not get an offer switched. Felt like I wasted a good amount of time figuring out the software and on the presentation to just get no offer and no real reason or feedback.
