Later, I got an impromptu Google Meet invitation to join if I happened to be online. Fortunately, I was available. During this HR call, they asked generic questions about team management as a Frontend Lead, handling workplace issues, and general leadership scenarios.
4. After completing all these stages, I haven't received any feedback or response despite following up. I've invested three weeks in this process with no outcome.
