I was interviewed for a position at the NY location for the Specialist position. I have been asked to provide the documents they asked for including my fingerprints. My references were checked already. Unfortunately, I have not heard from them yet. I am still patiently waiting.

They asked me many questions. The initial questions were 8, then i was asked if I want to continue as they want to proceed with the process. The questions were behavioral questions such as prioritizing task, how to handle an angry person, they ask about salary lol coz they saw am making twice as what they offer lol I suggest do your research, know your job description and the job responsibilities. I was asked that too.

I got an email telling me to take an assessment. The assessment was lengthy and of medium difficulty. Got an email to set up an interview. Nothing too difficult, scripted questions about situational customer service and PII protection.

All questions presented to the interviewee by a panel of interviewers. The questions were thorough but were not job related. There was no opportunity as the interviewee to ask questions about the job itself. I expected this to be a screening interview and was surprised to find out that it was the only interview in the process.

I received a phone call asking me if I would come in for a interview. It was a panel interview consist of two office managers. The interview process was average.
