A long process but not too difficult and the interviewers were very friendly. Not an intimidating interview. The first interview was a pass/fail panel interview with 3 interviewers. The second interview was with the manager and her manager (from the regional office). While there were a lot of very standard interview and customer service questions mostly they asked about my different experiences, particularly as a Peace Corps Volunteer. The only annoyance I had is how long the process is! Between initial interview and start date, it is nearly 2 months! My suggestion would be to start this while already employed.

It was short I was asked one interview question about myself then it was just scenarios. There was a two person panel with the director and the supervisor of that section. it was very easy to be comfortable because they where laid back and approachable. Just had the interview today so fingers crossed that they enjoyed me as well as I enjoyed them.
