Colloquio
An intensive interview process. Deals with a phone interview, 1 on 1 interview, showing candidates what the job is in detail. Go over the products and services we offer. The history of the company. You will go over compensation and meet different managers and trainers.

Colloquio
They reviewed my resume, asked me about my extensive background, and what I could bring to the company. They created an atmosphere that was very similar to Facebook, Google, and the other tech companies in the social media internet revolution.

Domanda 1
Was I a team player? They talked a lot about their extra-curricular activities like touch football, softball, and contributing time to local non-profits. The people conducting the interviews appeared confident in their roles, but edgy in I asked pointed questions about the company focus on placing job applicants.
Would I want to grow with the organization? They would tour you around six areas that had employees on the phones with applicants, software designers, HR, the break rooms, reception area, and executive offices. It was beautifully staged, almost like a tour of the United Nations.

I wouldn't call it an interview so much as a series of presentations. While waiting for my first interview they made me watch a video on an iPad (which is a nice touch). Then the first interview is short, maybe two minutes and then I was asked to come to a group interview. But the group interview is 95% them telling us about the position. The only thing we were asked to do is a two minute "elevator speech". Then they called me back and offered me the job.

Domanda 1
The elevator speech is a stressful thing because you're not exactly sure what they're looking for.
