The interview process was quick, efficient, and professional. I applied online for 2 different positions over a 9 month period. I received an immediate response to my second application. The process was quick and efficient. It started with a connection job fair that lasted for a few hours. I received an overview by a manager and then had 2 separate interviews. Within a few days, I received an Email to complete an online assessment. Within another day, I received a call to interview with the Director of Inside Sales and have an RJP following. Everyone I met was professional and open. It seemed like a great company, and it was a difficult decision to not accept the offer. I received an offer from a different company that was more closely aligned with my prior experience.

The interview was in the SolarCity office in Townsquare. The interviewees were both recruiters for SolarCity and were very friendly. The environment was relaxed and professional. They asked the general questions that would be asked for a sales position. It ended well. They called me to come back for a second interview with one of the directors of sales. This interview was a little more difficult because it was a test on your knowledge about solar power and the company. I didn't answer all the questions as confidently as I would've liked, but the director was still understanding and friendly. They called me back about a week later to offer me the position and let me know that the start date would be when the next training class started.
