I got this role while I was already in the company; I allpied through the company carreer intranet, and went through three different interviews; There was one interview with my direct manager, 1 interview with a peer of my manager, and one interview with the HR including a quizz. I also had different phone calls along the way.

The biggest question was basically; are you sure you can manage this role? Especially referring to the pressure of the role itself (need to stand against strong opinionated, high management) = a lot of travels
