Informal process that is relaxed, No pressure.. Hiring is not as frequent. None traditional hours. Interview was with HR and Frontline Supervisor. No second interview. Call came after 1 month.

Southwest Airlines people department is horrible. They give little to no communication. Application has said in process for seven months. They do not care about people. They will leave you guessing for months. If you try and contact them you are met with attitude. The culture of this company has changed for the worst. Had a one way recorded interview so they could see my race.

Very friendly and open with their communication. I was interviewed by a hiring manager that flew in from CA and the local branch manager. One started as a customer service agent and has moved her way up the chain.
