I was emailed to do a phone interview, once I did the interview they said I would hear from within a week. The next day I was called to schedule a F2F. Had my F2F also did my drug test and background. Just waiting on start date

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
