I had a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams with a recruiter from their corporate office. I was asked the basic questions and had to give examples of times I had an issue and how I solved it. It went very well and she was very personable and easy to talk to. I was able to be myself and that helped me relax. The only thing I didn't like was that my interview was on a Thursday and she told me I'd hear back by the beginning of the week but I didn't hear back until the following Thursday. I did get the job though so I can't complain!!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
