I applied online. Got email from the company's hiring team about 2 weeks later to complete an online IQ and personality test for the position. After completed that and after about another week, there was a skype interview and another online IQ test with one of the hiring team member. The team member was easy to talk and walk me through the process nicely. You supposed to complete the online test in specific time (50 questions in 15 min) and without using calculator or any other help. I felt the entire process was irrelevant and non-value added. There was no single accounting/finance question asked by the company during the entire interview process. If the company wants to hire people for accounting positions, ask accounting, GAAP questions and not math or logic.
