Two calls, one 30 min technical, one 30 min with a higher up. First call got into extreme ownership of a project (experience), then a design of experiments challenge. Second interview we got way further into depth on the project experience, then work style and ability to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

Three person committee over zoom they then asked personal questions about my resume then they inquired about technical questions about engineering particularly deformable bodies they then provided time for me to ask them questions about the company
