Contacted through a recruiter based on my leadership experience & Logistic's background. Phone Interview a few days later with director of logistics & deputy director a few days later. Pretty unorganized. Date and time of interview was changed several times. I was flexible, no issues there. I had a great interview, I thought. I had fully prepared to answer every question that was asked, demonstrated complete knowledge of SpaceX rockets and vehicles, and thought I nailed the interview. Demonstrated all the qualifications and experience that they were looking. Received no feedback for a week. Reached out to the recruiter and they said they were looking for someone with more experience? (Almost ten years in leadership roles). Strange. Not sure what is the story is behind this certain job but it remains un filled several months later. Communication and feedback was definitely lacking.
