The first interview occurred by telephone. My recruiter was incredibly pleasant and was a joy to speak with. The questions mainly dealt with the things I had listed on my resume and the amount of time I had spent doing those things. For the second set of interviews I was flown to Los Angeles (as I live roughly 3500 miles from LA). I met with 4 different people from various departments related to the position for which I was being interviewed. The questions I was asked included a number of technical questions concerning the position, as well as quite a few that were designed to see if I would be a good fit for the company, personally.
